The room is a typical business hotel room with a unit bathroom. It is located 5min walk from the Tsukamoto train station which has a lot of amenities and facilities around it like shops and restaurants.

Hotel is in good location, close to Osaka station. Room was small, but comfortable, WiFi in the room was also good. Breakfast choices wasn't wide but food was delicious. There are complimentary hot drinks in the lobby during a day. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. There was very kind lady in dining room every morning. And I also was very much pleased I was allowed to keep my luggage in the hotel last day after already checking out. My plane was late in evening, so I could easy do city sightseeing and come back for luggage in the end of the day.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The property was very close to the metro station, convenience stores, restaurants and other businesses, which was ideal for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We did not select the breakfast. However, we appreciated the convenience of the coffee station, microwave, and vending machine near the lobby. We decided against the housekeeping daily cleaning, but received fresh towels and robes daily, without requesting, which was very much appreciated.

The staff were amazing, very friendly, polite group of workers. The front desk was staffed 24/7 so whether you was getting home late or leaving early there was always a friendly smile to bid you out the door. The location is really good, exceedingly close to a FamilyMart, 7/11, a more Pharmaceutical store and most importantly about a minute away from Tsukamoto station. Umbrellas wrere available at the front door if it is raining alongside umbrella covers upon your return. If you've forgot to pack anything you're in luck as BestWestern has a fantastic array of supplirs that you can use if you've forgotten or run out during the duration of your stay. All in all a wonderful experience in a lovely location only 1 stop from Osaka which would only cost you ¥180 on the train, upon return to Osaka, this will be my go to hotel.

It's a nice location, very accessible from the train station for a solid price. Coffee is nice and the staff are helpful, with various amenities accessible in the lobby. The place is well maintained and check in and out were both quite simple. It's a better Best Western than most I've stayed in before.

Very close to Tsukamoto station which is a station away from the major Osaka station and nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Room is also quite spacious, bed is quite big and room is pretty clean. Staff is very friendly and easy checkin and checkout. There's also a restaurant that provide pretty good buffet breakfast for a price. Free coffee and water from the dispenser too.

5 stars for the staff, they are extremely helpful even without asking. Had a smooth check in/out. Location super close to the metro and easy to get to Osaka station, restaurants and grocery stores.
